Anyone else stuck in this cycle?

You're fed up with your weight and how you look, so you start making healthy changes like CICO, more water, etc., but you're so impatient that after a few weeks/months of no visible changes, you get fed up and lose all the "invisible" progress you made... and it cycles.

Or is it just me? 😂 I am just so disgusted with how I look that I hate the thought of waiting 4-6 months to lose a little bit of weight. I know there's the theory that the bigger you are, the faster weight will fall off of you... but I don't know how true that is. I seem to be gaining more weight whenever I make a healthy change.
