[M25 6'2] 303 LBS -> 260 LBS in 10 months

Diet: 1800-2300 calories a day. Depends how hungry I am. I half-ass the tracking, but if I had to bet, I average at the upper end of that range.

Exercise: No exercise for the first 7 months, lifting 3x/week for the past 3 months.

Goal: 200 lbs

Around November of last year, I hopped on the scale and saw that I had broken 300 for the first time - 303.1.

Shit

Weight is something I've always struggled with, having lost 50 lbs twice before in my life, but my peak had always been around 250. The big 300 was something I never thought I'd hit.

Well at least I don't look that bad. I don't look 280.

The excuse I'd tell myself when I saw my weight rising. Yeah. I looked 280. It was that bad.

So, I started making a change. Progress has been slow; it's been way slower than the previous times. Between finishing up college, starting a new job, and getting engaged, it's hard to find the time to lose it. But I've made progress I'm happy with.

Anyway, just posting for myself to look back on when I hit that 200 lbs. Hoping to pick up on the fat loss and hit it by February 2022!
