I lost my dog! (In a good way)

So my dog had knee surgery last week and hasn't been able to go for walks. So I got a dog carrier backpack thing and took her for an hour walk. Now, she's a little thing, 5.5kgs (12 lbs?) but after a while I was thinking she feels heavy and how the weight felt so much heavier on my feet then when I normally walk. Then it occurred to me, together we weigh 67kgs, my starting weight. Then I realised I had lost my dog (the weight of my dog!) and I was shocked. I had thought it was such a small loss since I wasn't overweight to start, but realising my whole dog was extra weight on my body was really eye opening.

Just wanted to share! I had a similar story when I lost a lot more weight of picking up a 25kg box of text books and realised we all have probably have similar stories. Would love to hear some!
