Advice on hitting calorie target

Hey y’all! F20 here hoping for some advice. So, I track my food pretty closely (down to the decimal point if I can), and I’m really struggling to eat enough calories. The most I have been able to eat in a day is around 1,311 calories, which I know is too low because I am 5’6” and my BMR is ≈1500 according to an inbody scan I did (i know it’s kinda low for my height/weight, but I have a little bit of a rough eating history that I think slowed it down). Do any of you all have advice about how to get in those last calories? By the time I hit 900-1,000 calories I’m not even hungry anymore, but I know that my body needs more food to function. The last thing I want to do is lose weight too quickly again or slow my metabolism even more than i have the last few years. I’d appreciate any tips you all have.

Thanks so much!!!

Tl;dr I can’t get all of the daily calories I need, and I would love to hear any tips you have to avoid under eating
