Advice/critiques needed with my meal plan

Hey guy!

I am M 6’3 315 lbs and recently decided to take losing weight seriously. I calculated my BMR and created a meal plan and wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions with what I should add or take away.

Current BMR is about 3800 calories since I work a decently labor intensive job and I try to walk on my days off. Since I wanted to drop 2 pounds a week I set my caloric goal to about 2800 calories. Meal plan is as follows:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 tortilla, and 1 tbsp of olive oil

Snack: Protein Powder, banana, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 cup almond milk, and 2 tbsp peanut butter all mixed together for a smoothie

Lunch: 8 oz very lean ground beef and 2 oz of chickpea penne pasta with some marinara sauce

Snack: 2 lightly salted rice cakes with 2 tbsp of peanut butter

Dinner: 8 oz of chicken, 85 grams of broccoli and one hundred grams of brown rice

Currently it adds up to about 2300 calories so I’m afraid I’m not quite getting enough food. Does anyone have any tweaks they can add to my meal plan?
