Losing motivation

Sorry, just need to vent. My weight has been an almost constant issue since I was in elementary school. Always on and off diets, restricting and trying to exercise as much as I can. I’m an emotional eater and will do well for a few weeks and then lose my streak by going out or over eating, etc. I reached a new high in my weight this summer and have just been in a slump since. Despite reaching new goal like running in some 5k, getting a peloton and being more consistent with exercise the scale just won’t budge. It has made my depression and anxiety so much worse and with the holidays it seems to have peaked this week.

Is there anything that you guys have found to help with some extra boosts of motivation?
