I am miserable

Hi! I am 27F and about 5’11 and 180lbs!

My usual weight has always been about 145/150 until pregnancy. I was very underweight (130) when I became pregnant and gained a LOT throughout. I was just over 200lbs when I had my child.

I was around 185/190 after and managed to get back down to 165 for awhile.... (note: my child is already 5 and I am still overweight)

While at 165 my goal was to hit 160/155 and I had been trying. Anyways not quite sure what happened because next thing I knew I was 170, then 175 and now I’m about 180 (fluctuates a few pounds daily ) Honestly I think it’s because I tried doing keto and I didn’t take it seriously and wasn’t strict so instead of going into Ketosis I was just consuming a TON of fat. I know I eat larger portions and more carbs than I should too.

I have noticed weight gain in my thighs and bum. None of my pants are fitting and I’ve ripped a few pairs. I did start going to gym and my focus has been legs and I don’t know if that’s where some of the weight has stemmed from?

Anyways, I am feeling awful about myself. I stopped going anywhere and doing anything with friends because I’m embarrassed to be seen in public. This is really affecting me emotionally.

Where do I start? I want to start losing weight and get back down to 160. I know 20lbs is manageable. What sort of diet should I try? (Not keto please) what sort of exercise should I be doing ? I do not want to go to gym and I don’t have time or a gym close enough to home I want to be able to do at home workouts
