Does this sound okay?

Hello :)

I’m a 5’3, 150lb female looking to lose about thirty pounds. I’ve dealt with eating disorders for most of my life, but I’m at a weight now where I’m actually overweight.

I want to make sure I go about this in a healthy way, but because of my past problems it’s a little hard for me to judge what’s actually healthy.

My plan is to eat about 500 calories below maintenance six days a week, and eat at maintenance one day a week. I’ll also be working out everyday, but I already do that.

I don’t eat junk food or anything, so even on the day I eat at maintenance it will all be from healthy food.

Does this plan sound okay? Any suggestions of what I could do better?
