Do I just have unrealistic expectations?

I am currently 5'9" @ 220lbs at 28 years old. I know I'm overweight - i see it every time I look in the mirror. I used to be 140lbs when I was 20 and I would love nothing more than to be about 160-170 with my current muscle mass. However, it just seems impossible. I have tried keto and lost quite a bit but didn't find it sustainable to my lifestyle and level of weightlifting. I tried intermittent fasting and it was a dumpster fire because it triggered my binge eating. I guess, i just want to know if my" goal weight" is reasonable or if I'm deluding myself into thinking it's possible. At 28, what is a realistic weight for an endomorph with BED?
