How to lose weight with a busy/stressed schedule?

I have been instructed by my doctor to lose 25 pounds in 6 months. I have started baby steps and bought a HelloFresh subscription so I can eat better and free up a little time. I also have been trying to buy Panera bread salads instead of McDonald’s when doing takeout. But exercise is important. I have barely any time. I only only have free time from 6:15-9:15 pm M-F but weekends luckily are totally open. How do I squeeze in exercise when I’m already extremely stressed from my job and I have so little free time? This is a rant / call for help

How to lose stubborn stomach fat?

Okay so for context I'm a 21 Vegetarian Female who lives in the uk. Last year during lockdown I went on a very strict diet (not knowing the later consequences that would have) i must've only been eating under 1k calories a day. I dropped from a uk size 12 to size 6/8 within a year. Since I restricted for quite a while a few months ago I started to randomly binge and it's becoming progressively worse. (As in a binge a week now), after these binges sometimes I even throw up or do exercise to try and burn some of the calories. I'm aware I have a eating disorder and im working on that. Its annoying because everyday I eat approximately 1500/1600 calories a day, which I believe is enough for a 21 5'7 female.

However since I've started binging randomly/mildly restricting other days and getting drunk most weekends my body has never looked this bad. The issue is, it's all in the stomach, im still a size 8 in tops & 10 in pants which is fine but I can't seem to get rid of this stomach. Is there any foods I should avoid that directly go to the stomach or any foods that may help speed the process up of losing stomach fat?

I exercise when I can but working full time (on my feet 5 days a week) I just never have the energy, im exhausted all the time so if I could alter my diet to try and fix this issue that would be best.

Thanks in advance :(

Head feels dizzy/fuzzy even if I’m not hungry

So I've been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months (decent results). What I've noticed the past few days is that even after lunch or at random times my head will feel dizzy/fuzzy, most times it happens even when I'm not hungry, and as soon as I eat something, it goes away. Any ideas? My only guess is low blood sugar, so if that’s the case, does anyone know any foods to add to my plate that can keep this feeling away?

Need help or motivation

I’m 5”3 F and weight as of today 170lbs (77kg) Couple months ago I weighed 182lbs (82kg) I’ve lost some weight but I don’t look like it. Just as background info, I have binge eating disorder. have had it since I can remember and only found out about it a couple months ago. Since October, I haven’t actually binged until after thanksgiving. I don’t feel as guilty but I am afraid I might start a habit again. I want to exercise like walk or even jog but I’m kind of nervous to go on the main paths just because ig anxious of getting exercise in front of people? Anyway my mom is in charge of food and buys unhealthy food. My whole family has tried talking to her for years but nothing works. I have access to healthy food still but her bringing home the unhealthy food makes you want it. Any advice on eating smaller portions and not craving something more to eat (not necessarily sweet) ? I also lack water so i’ll try and work on that. Any response is appreciated! Thank you

Can anyone tell me about their experience with Orlistat and exercising?

I am a 27f, 330lb. I have been strength training for 6 months now. I've lost barely 10lb, but have hugely increased my fitness ability. I am a lot stronger, doubled what I can lift, have better balance, my movements feel lighter and more controlled, which I guess comes from my muscles being able to support my weight more easily now they are stronger. I am also more toned, though being my size it isn't hugely noticeable.

My doctor is pleased with my exercise and diet progress and thinks that my PCOS is contributing to the lack of overall weight loss, as the condition does make it very difficult to lose weight. She recommended Orlistas 120mg for me to try. I've looked up all the reviews, but I can't find anything from people who combined Orlistat with strength training, or any exercise in general. In every experience I read about, no one mentioned exercising in any way other than they were thinking of starting.

If you have tried Orlistat combined with exercise, particularly strength training, can you please tell me your experience?

from dieting to starving

i don't want to share my bodily goals etc. here because i feel awful about it.

so i came here right after i had hit my highest with a bmi of 26, just a few weeks ago. i posted, mentioning that i needed support and that this time i wanted to diet without falling out again. so, good news, i didn't fall out, i am losing it. bad news, i'm not dieting, i'm starving.

it's just that my past of anorexia is so.. effective on me? whenever i try to lose weight, it's either starved weight or i fall out of the diet. i remember fluctuating between overweight and underweight all my life, that at this point.. i don't know. i was planning a 4 day starve but i came here instead. i am tired of affecting my girlfriend so horribly, but i feel like the only time i feel comfort in my body is when i am getting hunger pains. it's like an addiction at this point, if i don't have alcohol or painkillers, i have this.

what do i do?
